As Norway becomes more diverse, brands and organisations want to connect with new audiences, but doing so authentically takes more than good intentions. It takes cultural insight, real relationships and a genuine understanding of the people you want to reach.
At the same time, talented creators and voices from multicultural backgrounds continue to be overlooked. We created Palette to bridge that gap, helping brands, organisations and talent build genuine connections through PR, influencer marketing, creator management, events and cultural consultancy, alongside diversity consulting, workshops and strategic guidance.
